Model rocket enthusiasts from Kansas and St. Louis welcome the public to enjoy a historic NASA scale model themed launch at 4:45 p.m., a twilight Saturn/Skylab launch reenactment at 5:30 p.m., a Kansas Organization for Spacemodeling/St. Louis Rocketry Association launch at 5:45 p.m., and an Apollo 17 launch reenactment at 6:15 p.m. The launches are weather-dependent and will run if there is no precipitation, temperatures above 39°F, winds under 10 mph.
